Custom nozzle production

Thanks to the SLM (Selective Laser Melting) metal 3D printing method, we are able to produce custom nozzles starting from just one piece at an attractive price. All standard nozzles can be adjusted to the desired angle, the geometry of the welding wire profile can be modified, the air direction for preheating can be optimized, and the overall nozzle design can be tailored to the customer’s requirements.

All highspeed welding nozzles for round or standard triangular wire profiles from the standard range can be manufactured with left or right bends at angles of 30° or 45° (thread M10)
